The delivery system of TopPharm is reliable, secure and completely confidential. In order to receive the order without any problems the customer should provide a valid billing and shipping address.
The shipping fee is $30.00 USD for every order.
All orders will be shipped via registered international airmail or EMS Express shipping. You will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation after our pharmacy ships the order with the according tracking number of your order. The delivery of your medication is guaranteed from the moment you pay your order. Usually it takes 1-2 days in order to dispatch the products.
Normal delivery time is 5-10 business days for Europe and 20 business days for other countries outside Europe. (business days are considered from Monday to Friday except legal holidays). Please consider the delivery time guaranteed from the moment we registered your payment and you received the confirmation e-mail with the status "shipped".
There are times when problems occur beyond our control, like extreme weather conditions (for example Iceland’s volcanic eruption), airmail personnel strikes and others. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by these unexpected events.
In case of any problems with the order because of our fault TopPharm will offer you free of charge re-shipment. Please, notify us about any problem with your order soonest possible.
If the reason for you not receiving your order is due to an incorrect address supplied by yourself or due to you not retrieving your parcel from the post office after they have left notice for pickup, we can reship your order and we will charge you another shipping fee (30.00 USD).
We will offer re-shipment if the product is expired or was damaged during shipping and if the customer provides relevant pictures. Please read all of our policies.
